Standard exterior maintenance treatment consists of :

1. Power spraying perimeter of home 4 to 6 feet out. 
2. Power spraying all tree wells and shrub beds. 
3. Hand spraying around all door and window areas. 
4. Hand spraying garage and storage areas. “If accessible”
5. Crack and crevice treatment of any areas that show evidence of crickets, roaches etc. 
6. Applying baits or traps if necessary. 

Interior service is available on request two times per year at no additional cost. 
Interior service is by appointment with a one hour arrival guarantee.
If we miss the appointment the entire years contract is free. 

Should a pest problem arise during contract period there are no additional  treatment charges.

Exclusions: 
Termites , Wood boring beetles, Gophers, and some ornamental pests.

This is an automatic exterior maintenance service agreement. 
Service day will fluctuate , usually no more than 3 to 4 days.
We do not service in inclement weather. 

Monthly maintenance is our most popular service in the Sun Cities area.

We service Monday through Saturday.
